Details

NS Computing has created this privacy policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. This site uses the privacy guidelines as set forth by TRUSTe -- an independent, non-profit privacy initiative dedicated to building users' trust and confidence on the Internet and accelerating growth of the Internet industry.

Our site's mailing list form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). We use customer contact information from the mailing list form to send the user information about our company. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) and financial information (like their credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.

Our online questionnaire asks visitors for contact information (like their email address) and demographic information (like their city, zip code or age). We use contact data from our questionnaires to send the user information about our company. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

Protecting your order information is a priority. NS Computing makes every effort to protect your online order information byusing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding ofthat information by anyone other than NS Computing. To check thesecurity of your connection, look at the lower right-hand corner ofyour browser window after accessing the server. If you see a closedlock or a unbroken key (depending upon your browser), then SSL isactive. (You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of yourbrowser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of thesite address will change from "http" to "https".)

Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you'll be unable to connect to the server so you won't have to worry about mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured connection. If you can't access the secure server for whatever reason, you may, at your own discretion, manually change the leading "https:" to "http:" to check-out using thenon-encrypted manner.

Our site uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart. If cookies are unavailable, the software running our site will use encrypted strings in the URL line to keep track of your session information.
